How We Store and Pack Stock Before Dispatch

Storage discipline should not end at the factory gate. At Hengdian (HD) Jewelry, every stock piece leaves our Guangzhou warehouse in an individual OPP bag after a second quality check, ready for retail display. Our plating line works to our own standard of 0.1-0.3 micron of 18K gold over brass - a house specification, not an industry-wide figure - and custom plating thickness is available on request.

Stock styles start at 6-12 pieces per design (codes beginning with HAI at 36 pieces); free samples of 5-7 pieces ship with freight prepaid by the buyer. Production runs through our own factory in Shanwei, Haifeng, with 5 lines and 14 in-house processes, backed by REACH and CE reports; nickel release stays within REACH limits and the material is lead-free.
