Hengdian (HD) Jewelry runs a two-base setup in Guangdong Province, China. Our factory is located in Haifeng County, Shanwei, where production, packaging and outbound transport are handled. Finished goods then move to our Guangzhou warehouse, which performs a second round of quality control and dispatches every order worldwide. Our showroom sits in our office in Liwan District, Guangzhou.

What Happens at the Shanwei Factory

The Haifeng site covers the full manufacturing chain for our 18K gold plated brass jewelry:

•  Production — brass machining, stone setting, polishing and 18K gold plating at 0.1–0.3 micron over brass.
•  AAA cubic zirconia setting — every stone placed by experienced craftspeople.
•  Packaging — each piece sealed in an OPP bag before leaving the line.
•  Transport — packed goods travel from Shanwei to our Guangzhou warehouse.

Guangzhou is one of the best-connected export logistics hubs in China, so our warehouse there acts as the final gate before your parcel flies out. Every order passes a second QC inspection at the Guangzhou warehouse — checking plating finish, stone security and nickel-free & lead-free compliance (REACH / CE / SGS) — before it is handed to DHL, FedEx or UPS for door-to-door delivery in 6–8 days. We do not operate overseas warehouses; all parcels dispatch direct from Guangzhou, and one order can be split to multiple delivery addresses when you serve several boutique clients.
