Can I mix different plating colors in one order?
Yes. We can produce different plating colors within the same order. Each color variant is treated as a separate production batch.
What stone sizes are available for CZ?
CZ stones are available from 1 mm to 20 mm, in round, princess, oval, pear, marquise, heart, and emerald cuts.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A mold fee (版费) is charged based on design complexity for sample development. Once your order reaches the MOQ of 120 pieces, the fee is fully refunded.
Do you work with moissanite or natural stones?
No, our production focuses on AAA-grade Cubic Zirconia (CZ). We do not use moissanite or natural gemstones in our 18K gold plated jewelry.
Can I request a thicker gold plating?
Yes. Our standard plating thickness is 0.1–0.3 micron. Custom thickness is available upon request — just let us know your requirements.
Do you offer nickel-free custom jewelry?
Yes. We offer nickel-free and hypoallergenic plating options, compliant with EU and US regulations for sensitive skin.
