New Stock Lands Every Week
Our ready-to-ship range is not a seasonal one-off drop. New designs are added to the in-stock catalog every week, drawn from a pool of more than 40,000 ready-to-ship styles with 500+ new designs introduced each month. If you are building an autumn or pre-holiday assortment, you can buy against live stock at any point in the month rather than waiting for a fixed launch date.
Cycle Catalogs Instead of Batch Codes
We do not issue batch codes for new releases. Instead, the new designs produced over each release cycle are collected into a new-arrival catalog and sent to our customers for review. That catalog is the single reference you need — there is no code to track and no window that closes on you.
- How you receive it: ask your account contact to add you to the new-arrival catalog list, and each cycle's catalog will reach you as it is published.
- What is in it: the styles released during that cycle, with product codes you can order from directly.
- How to order: shortlist from the catalog, request samples if needed, then place the order against live inventory.
Lead Time: Stock Orders vs. Custom Requests
The two order types run on very different clocks. Stock orders follow the weekly rhythm above. Custom requests need planning room on our side, so we ask buyers to open that conversation about two months before the target delivery window.
A Simple Way to Work With This Rhythm
- 1Get on the catalog list. Ask to receive the new-arrival catalog for each release cycle instead of checking back manually.
- 2Shortlist from the cycle catalog. New stock is added weekly, so your shortlist can be refreshed at any point without waiting for a launch date.
- 3Sample before you commit. Request 5–7 free samples of shortlisted styles; freight is collected and samples ship from Guangzhou.
- 4Book custom work two months out. If your project needs custom development rather than in-stock styles, open it about two months ahead of your target window — custom orders start at 120 pieces per design, and anything below that carries a tooling (mold) fee set by the size and complexity of the design.
